The personal details sent to Mixta África via this Website are subject to the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the protection of personal data (henceforward “LOPD”), and these data will be added to an automated database for which Mixta África is responsible. In accordance with the LOPD, the user authorises his/her data to be processed, whether automatically or not, by Mixta África for its corporate purpose, consisting in business and real estate traffic in general. By completing the relevant form with his/her details, users also consent, in accordance with Articles 11 and 34.e) of the LOPD, for their data to be sent for processing to any company of its group to coordinate and manage the activities performed by the group, in countries where the group is installed, even in those where protection is not the same as this related by the Law. Accepting the purposes of this document, the user declares to be informed of the provisions of Article 27 of the LOPD, regarding to data first cession to companies described in the Companies List below. Consent to personal detail communication is revocable at any time and it will not have a retroactive effect. Mixta Africa will treat these personal details in a strictly confidential manner and will use them just ion the purposes related above, in accordance to Article9 of the LOPD and to the rules developing it at every time.
